Inspiration for package design

So now that I know what colours I'll be using I can continue on with the package design of my crayon brand. I've spent alot of time thinking about what I should call it, I tried combining 'trademark' and 'crayon' and even considered a '50 shades of...' brand name. In the end up I came up with Snoyarc, pronounced 'Snow-yark', which is 'crayons' spelt backwards. (Mental exhaustion may have led to this brand name too...)
 At the end of the day it's not about the name of the brand I come up with, it's about the message I'm trying to send across.

So I've been thinking about what kind style I'm aiming for, I'm really into minimalistic designs  these days so I'll be giving it a go. After sketching out a few different package shapes I've decided to go with a matchbox style of packaging, something is telling me it'll look great and I haven't seen crayons presented in this way before.
I've been checking out a few websites for some inspiration, here's a few of my favourites;
